Wir zeigen den Dokumentarfilm „Disturbing the Peace“. Er zeigt die Geschichte(n) der „Combatants for Peace“, ehemalige Kämpfer:innen aus Palästina und Israel, die gemeinsam Wege zum Frieden ohne Gewalt suchen.
Als Referent wird Pfr. Andreas Kuntz bei uns sein, der längere Zeit als Friedensdienstler im Heiligen Land gearbeitet hat. Er hat mehrere der im Film auftretenden „Combatants for Peace“ persönlich kennen gelernt.
Der Film kann einem gefühlsmäßig durchaus nachgehen, das versuchen wir gemeinsam aufzufangen.
The documentary „Disturbing the Peace“ tells the storie(s) of the „Combatants for Peace“. They are former fighters from Palestine and Israel who renounced on violence, reached out to each other and committed themselves to a future of peace and reconciliation.
We’ll have a special guest with us: Pastor Andreas Kuntz has spent time as a peace worker in the Holy Land. He has met several of the “Combatants for peace” in the film personally.
After watching the movie there will be time to talk.
The movie may trouble you emotionally so we’re trying to support each other.
