Notfonds Support

Notfonds support is usually about 200 € per month for a peroid of three months. If you are in need, please feel free to contact us about it. Here is a list of criteria – please check them before to see if an application is possible in your case.

• You are under 35 years old 

• You are from a DAC-country (and your spouse too, if you are married)

• You have not received a long-term scholarship before (more than one year)

• You do not currently receive financial aid from another institution, like a church, social welfare, scholarship etc.

• You have not studied more than 16 semesters for your degree yet, including your Bachelor
• You hold a residence permit for students based on § 16 Aufenthaltsgesetz (Number 16 printed on your residence permit card)

• You have not finished a university degree before, except the bachelor which you need for your current masters studies. You are not eligible if you have finished a master before, either here or in your home country.
